Overview
Theo is a fast-growing performance media agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We help local and national brands across a wide range of industries advance their marketing practices through methodical, creative, and technology-driven marketing activations.
The Marketing Account Coordinator will play a support role to key client accounts. This role will act as one of the points of contact for our clients which entails timely responses to client requests, providing project updates, or proactive insight sharing.
What you'll do:
Help manage key client accounts and develop strong client relationships built around proactive insight sharing and project management.
Act as one of the points of contact for a client, respond in a timely fashion and ensure they are aware of relevant project updates.
Help manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. Identify any Assist with client accounts and help develop strong client relationships. Respond to clients in a timely fashion and help manage day-to-day requests.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client and internal teams are made aware of relevant project updates/information.
Help account lead prepare for internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met.
Prepare for weekly client status meetings and update status documents
Schedule client and internal meetings, record notes, and manage follow-ups.
Work with internal teams to create and manage campaign timelines with clear milestones and deliverables.Ensure client deliverables are tracked in agency PM software.
Understand agency services and key responsibilities for each cross-functional team.
Review all client deliverables and assist with media trafficking, planning and proofing
Work with Analyst and Digital Media teams to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4-year bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related discipline
Internship or job experience in marketing is a plus
Ability to understand the dynamics of a client’s business and the sector in which it operates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strategic, problem-solving and the ability to manage deadlines
